The company was founded in 1968 with a single extrusion line dedicated to making water hoses. Ten years later, we expanded our production to include window shelters and specialized hoses for electrical installations.
In 1983, in response to the rapidly growing industries in Jordan, we became the first company to meet the diverse needs of industrial firms. We added two new lines of machinery to handle various types of extruded profiles, establishing ourselves as suppliers of all kinds of profiles.
In 1985, we introduced rigid PVC pipes to our production lines, which were soon accepted by formal institutions.
During the 1990s, Farplast added new lines to produce high-quality rigid profiles, such as trunks (electrical conduits) for external electrical installations, which gained a reputation for excellence among electricians in Jordan and beyond. By the end of the 1990s, we took a significant leap by adding unique lines for producing American high-quality CPVC pipes, becoming the first and pioneering company to manufacture such high-quality products, which are now used nationwide across the United States and throughout Gulf countries.
In 2001, to address the increasing demand for high-quality raw materials, Farplast established its first sister company, Trans Jordan. This venture was created to produce raw materials in accordance with International Standards Specifications (I.S.S.) and to meet the growing demands for Farplast’s products worldwide with high production capacity and quality.
In 2004, we began producing injection-molded parts for electrical and water pressure pipes made from CPVC. We quickly became one of the leading suppliers of these products in the Middle East.
As Farplast focuses on quality-oriented production, we continue to receive orders from many neighboring countries, including Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Yemen, Palestine, Lebanon, Egypt, and Sudan.
Today, Farplast remains committed to serving our customers worldwide and is dedicated to promoting and expanding our offerings to meet their specific needs based on our quality-oriented principles. To further enhance our international presence, we are collaborating with various governmental and private organizations to obtain the internationally recognized CE Mark certification.
